Director Biography - Pankaj Upadhayay

DIRECTOR, DOP, EDITOR & STORYWRITER

Pankaj Upadhayay, owner of euphonyXpressions.com, is a Kolkata born and Sydney based independent Filmmaker, YouTuber and a management consulting professional. Pankaj was formally initiated to filmmaking in 2001 at St. Jesuits (Chitrabani) Kolkata learning the craft under luminaries however moved onto corporate jobs. He returned to his first love in 2016; his short film, Smile, officially screened at the Canberra Short Film Festival 2017. His second short Film 'Not Alone' is a SF3 Film Festival Semi Finalist in 2019.

Pankaj has lived and experienced cultures in many geographies prior to permanently relocating to Oz and enjoys telling stories in a simple-cheerful way, creating marketing and promo videos for events, corporates and theatres that encompass a start to finish journey in an interesting documentary style format.
