We started our educational work as a catering school, and over time we adjusted to the needs of the market and we educated pastry cooks, car mechanics, heating air conditioning installers, plumbers, and salespeople. Today school has a gymnasium program, tourist-hotel commercialist, cooks, and waiter program. In this school year in regular education the school has 10 classes, 166 students and 31 employees.
The school participates in numerous gatherings, tourism promotions, events, competitions, and students and teachers return with medals and praises. Through many years of collaboration with the Carlschomburgschule from Kassel, the school is involved in the international program "Education for Europe". Thus, students from both schools visit each other year after year and widen their horizons and they get to know a completely different culture. We have expanded our abroad collaboration to Anne Frank Schule from Eschwege.
Students are given a unique opportunity in their own school to be prepared and take a DSD, German language diploma up to level B1.
Our school participates in many eTwinning projects and in 2018 it has been declared an eTwinning school. In the year 2019 the school has been awarded the Comet National Prize in the gymnasium category for the best project of the school year 2018/2019, "Statistika naša svagdašnja". The school has been implementing virtual projects since 2016, when two projects received the national quality label.
