Material Pickup
Upon completion of the application and approval for the material loan, you will be reached via email to set up a time and day to pick up your materials.
Applicants will sign a checkout form when picking up their materials. This checkout form will contain the following information:
A statement of understanding.
A list of materials borrowed and their quantities.
Signatures from both the applicant and the lending library personnel.
*Please note this checkout form is a binding agreement. It will be referred back to if materials are not returned.
Material Return
1-2 weeks before your scheduled material return, we will align with you via email to set up a day and time for the material return. We will resend the checkout form you signed when first picking up the materials as well as the link to a feedback form about your experience using the lending library. Please review your checkout form and complete the feedback survey prior to returning your materials.
Please do the following for your material return:
Check that all your materials have the same labels and quantities that are listed on the checkout form.
Bring back all the materials in the storage bins in which they were given to you.
Organize the materials and store them properly in their correct boxes, containers, etc.
Ensure you have all the materials and the quantities.
