Guidelines

Short-term loans are a maximum of 30 days. Short-term loans cannot be extended once the contract is signed. 

Long-term loans are the length of an academic school year based upon ETSU's Academic Calendar. We cannot loan materials any earlier than September 11th, or accept any returns later than April 26th due to the Lending Library personnel's availability. 

Teachers may only check out a maximum of 10 of the same material (eg., maximum of 5 BlueBots). 

All materials must be returned during business hours on the day they are due. You will be contacted via email to set up a day and time to return your materials. 

All materials must be returned in the condition they were received in. Failure to do so may result in fines or exclusion from the lending library program. The lending library can only operate with your help. Please return items on time and in the correct condition. 

To request a loan, please fill out the application via the Google Form linked on our "Application" page. You may then request the types of materials and quantities you wish to borrow. If the request is approved, you may then come pick them up. We will reach out to you to arrange a time/day for you to pick up the materials.
