TIPS for ETMOOC 2.0:
There are no real experts, the co-conspirators are learners too. Everyone who spends time with us will be closer to the head of the class than you otherwise might be.
There is no “keeping up” or “falling behind.” We all will learn as we go, with and from each other.
This is a guilt-free zone; you do what you have time and interest to do; you interact as little or as much as you care to interact; and see yourself as an active member of a dynamic learning community that will continue to exist long after the formal coursework concludes.
You can add to the Google Slides any time you learn something new. It’s our collaborative way of sharing what we learn.
Push yourself to learn new things. Mistakes will happen.
Play. Play. Play. It's okay to play in this course!
Most importantly, think of ways AI can make the world a better place while understanding there will be pro’s and cons to the use of AI.
