Casas Asturias is all about the celebration of a meaningful life, having function and form blend seamlessly through the use of proven architectural design principles of the old Spanish colonial shophouses, Accesorias, and elevates them through the use of modern materials and elements. This allows the building to pay homage to its historical heritage and cultural context whilst blending well with the present-day urban fabric of Sampaloc, Manila. With the commercial and residential spaces being separated vertically, the mixed-use building is able to serve its users as its own micro-community and function, making itself sufficient.
