Aguhon ng Lahi is all about unifying all government bodies and departments needed to run a nation. The form takes on the shape of three stars on top of one another, representing the Philippines' 3 major islands: Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. From a top-view perspective, it forms an 8-pointed star representing the Philippine sun, with its points pointing towards the cardinal directions, making a functional compass as well. The building not only physically and figuratively leads the country towards a direction, but literally makes it possible for the government to lead the way for the people of the nation.

This plan originated as a town hall design for Ethan's hometown redevelopment project. The whole plan included a park that was well connected with nearby buildings, such as a library, as seen in his sketch below.
