By making the most of the distinct skill set present in their team, a leader is one who is fostering teamwork and collaboration, encouraging coordination and cooperation, and setting realistic and attainable goals. They are equipped with necessary skill sets to boost the teams' morale, productivity, and efficiency, which spurs the growth and development of the project.

Chester is currently a grade 11 student, enrolled in Academic Track, STEM Strand at Balayan Senior High School. He is an advocate of spreading teenage pregnancy awareness and for people to be well-equipped with knowledge needed to prevent pregnancy among youth.
