Project ENTITY stands for Equipping education Necessary for Teenage pregnancy; Improving world Through Youth action. This is a school-based project that aims to build a community that provides free access to quality education with regard to sexual and reproductive intervention in order to improve world through creating well-educated citizens.

To provide access to quality sex education and improve global health in one move through unified youth action.

Youth is deprived on sex education given the competencies written in the educational status in the Philippines, as well as on other countries. Therefore, it acts as the primary reason why the rate of childbearing teenagers grows exponentially as years pass. Given the nature of this global health issue, the main motive of this project is to spread awareness regarding teenage pregnancy for all the youth living in our world. The project is worth sponsoring for it will enable youth, nonetheless of their demographic differences, to be equipped with knowledge about the formidable consequences of early pregnancy as well as all of the information with regards to the said health issue. Moreover, through this project, a one-step forward to a society with a low teenage pregnancy case will be done as this also aims to be an agent on curbing the current statistical rate for minors that bear a child already at a young age. This will enable youth to participate in the free seminars held digitally and physically to be conducted by the proponents and invited inspirational guest speakers.
