Hi, my name is Anna. As a librarian for over 18 years, I believe in continuing professional development (CPD). That is the only way we librarians can better serve our patrons and be successful in our profession. Microlearning allows me and my peers to learn anytime, anywhere, and from any device. But, we need a resource that caters to our professional needs hence MicroLib. The app facilitates upskilling and career change.

I have hired one librarian with a background in public and special libraries. I need other team members, and the objective is to continue with the diversity in professional backgrounds. I will ensure the developers have experience in content development for microlearning apps.

The goal is for MicroLib to facilitate continuous professional development. Therefore, librarians can excel at their profession anywhere, anytime, and anyhow.
