We are working on identifying regulatory networks that contribute to heart development. We are also interested in understanding how environmental exposure during pregnancy influence the heart phenotypes.

We are using single-cell technologies to investigate the mechanisms of heart formation. Single-cell RNAseq analysis of E7.75 mouse embryos, showing main populations identified. Unpublished data, Estaras lab.
