In order to be able to discuss and talk through questions, you need to have prepared by getting an initial understanding of the materials. This can be watching the lecture video, reading the textbook, or reviewing the basics of plate tectonics in whatever way works for your brain.

We watched this series that looks at how plate tectonics has shaped our world and what evidence still exists of changes from the past. It is part of Amazon Curiosity Stream so it is not a free for prime video but it is quite good.
