New SLAVIC CATALOGING MANUAL now available.

After several years of work by member of the ABC committee and the SCM Task Force, the new SLAVIC CATALOGING MANUAL is now available. Thanks everyone who contributed. Special thanks to Larisa Walsh for coordinating the work of the Task Force and to Geoff Husic, who designed and populated the SCM's new web version. Updates will continue to be added as needed.
