Kondiĉoj de partopreno en la Kongreso

1.Aliĝo. Partopreno en la Kongreso estas ebla post plenigo de la aliĝilo kaj pago de la aliĝkotizo. La aliĝo estas konfirmita post ricevo de la pago.

2. Aliĝkotizo. La sumo de la aliĝkotizo dependas de la kategorio de la partoprenanto kaj de la dato de aliĝo. La kotizo inkluzivas partoprenon en la kongresaj aranĝoj laŭ la programo. Loĝado, manĝoj, ekskursoj kaj aliaj kromaj servoj estas pagataj aparte, krom se alie estas indikite.

3. Nuligo de aliĝo. Se partoprenanto ne povas ĉeesti, li aŭ ŝi estas petata informi la organizantojn kiel eble plej frue. La kondiĉoj de repago de la aliĝkotizo dependas de la dato de nuligo kaj estas difinitaj de la organizantoj. Pagaj aŭ bankaj kostoj povas esti ne repageblaj.

4. Ŝanĝoj en la programo. La organizantoj rezervas al si la rajton ŝanĝi la programon, horaron, lokon de unuopaj aranĝoj aŭ partoprenantojn pro organizaj aŭ neantaŭvideblaj cirkonstancoj.

5. Respondeco de la partoprenanto. La partoprenanto mem respondecas pri vojaĝado, necesaj dokumentoj, vizo, medicina kaj vojaĝa asekuro, loĝado kaj personaj elspezoj, krom se alie estas eksplicite indikite en la kongresa programo.

6. Konduto dum la Kongreso. La partoprenantoj devas respekti la leĝojn de la lando, la regulojn de la kongresejoj kaj la aliajn partoprenantojn. En kazo de grava malobservo de la reguloj, la organizantoj rajtas ĉesigi la partoprenon de la koncerna persono sen devo repagi la aliĝkotizon.

7. Fotado kaj filmado. Dum la Kongreso povas okazi foto- kaj videofilmado por informaj, dokumentaj kaj arkivaj celoj, inkluzive de publikigo de materialoj pri la Kongreso. Partoprenantoj, kiuj ne volas aperi en tiaj materialoj, povas informi la organizantojn.

8. Personaj datumoj. La personaj datumoj de la partoprenantoj estas uzataj nur por la aliĝo, organizado kaj realigo de la Kongreso kaj por la necesa komunikado kun la partoprenantoj. La datumoj estas traktataj laŭ la aplikeblaj leĝoj pri protektado de personaj datumoj.

9. Akcepto de la kondiĉoj. Per aliĝo al la Kongreso la partoprenanto konfirmas, ke li aŭ ŝi legis kaj akceptas ĉi tiujn kondiĉojn.

Ĉiuj partoprenantoj de la Kongreso pagas 10 €, fariĝante membroj de la asocio "Animation Création Culture Origami", kio estas necesa por la asekuro dum la daŭro de la Kongreso.

3 tagoj — 60 €

4–8 tagoj — 80 €

Conditions de participation au Congrès

1. Inscription. La participation au Congrès est possible après avoir rempli le formulaire d’inscription et payé les frais d’inscription. L’inscription est confirmée à réception du paiement.

2. Frais d’inscription. Le montant des frais d’inscription dépend de la catégorie du participant et de la date d’inscription. Les frais comprennent la participation aux activités du Congrès conformément au programme. L’hébergement, les repas, les excursions et autres services supplémentaires sont à régler séparément, sauf indication contraire.

3. Annulation de l’inscription. Si un participant ne peut pas assister au Congrès, il est prié d’en informer les organisateurs dans les meilleurs délais. Les conditions de remboursement des frais d’inscription dépendent de la date d’annulation et sont fixées par les organisateurs. Les frais de paiement ou les frais bancaires peuvent ne pas être remboursables.

4. Modifications du programme. Les organisateurs se réservent le droit de modifier le programme, les horaires, le lieu de certaines activités ou les participants en raison de circonstances organisationnelles ou imprévisibles.

5. Responsabilité du participant. Le participant est lui-même responsable de son voyage, des documents nécessaires, du visa, de l’assurance maladie et voyage, de son hébergement et de ses dépenses personnelles, sauf indication expresse contraire dans le programme du Congrès.

6. Comportement pendant le Congrès. Les participants doivent respecter les lois du pays, les règles des lieux accueillant le Congrès ainsi que les autres participants. En cas de violation grave des règles, les organisateurs se réservent le droit de mettre fin à la participation de la personne concernée, sans obligation de rembourser les frais d’inscription.

7. Photographie et enregistrement vidéo. Des photographies et des enregistrements vidéo peuvent être réalisés pendant le Congrès à des fins d’information, de documentation et d’archivage, y compris pour la publication de contenus relatifs au Congrès. Les participants qui ne souhaitent pas apparaître dans ces contenus peuvent en informer les organisateurs.

8. Données personnelles. Les données personnelles des participants sont utilisées uniquement pour l’inscription, l’organisation et la réalisation du Congrès ainsi que pour les communications nécessaires avec les participants. Les données sont traitées conformément aux lois applicables en matière de protection des données personnelles.

9. Acceptation des conditions. En s’inscrivant au Congrès, le participant confirme avoir lu et accepté les présentes conditions.

Tous les participants au Congrès paient 10 €, devenant ainsi membres de l’association « Animation Création Culture Origami », ce qui est nécessaire pour bénéficier de l’assurance pendant toute la durée du Congrès.

Conditions of Participation in the Congress

1. Registration. Participation in the Congress is possible after completing the registration form and paying the registration fee. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

2. Registration Fee. The amount of the registration fee depends on the participant’s category and the date of registration. The fee includes participation in the Congress activities according to the programme. Accommodation, meals, excursions and other additional services are paid for separately, unless otherwise indicated.

3. Cancellation of Registration. If a participant is unable to attend, they are asked to inform the organisers as soon as possible. The conditions for reimbursement of the registration fee depend on the date of cancellation and are determined by the organisers. Payment or bank fees may be non-refundable.

4. Changes to the Programme. The organisers reserve the right to change the programme, schedule, venue of individual activities or participants due to organisational or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Participant’s Responsibility. Participants are personally responsible for their travel arrangements, required documents, visa, medical and travel insurance, accommodation and personal expenses, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Congress programme.

6. Conduct during the Congress. Participants must respect the laws of the country, the rules of the Congress venues and other participants. In the event of a serious violation of the rules, the organisers have the right to terminate the participation of the person concerned without being required to refund the registration fee.

7. Photography and Filming. Photographs and video recordings may be taken during the Congress for informational, documentary and archival purposes, including publication of materials relating to the Congress. Participants who do not wish to appear in such materials may inform the organisers.

8. Personal Data. Participants’ personal data are used only for registration, organisation and implementation of the Congress and for necessary communication with participants. The data are processed in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws.

9. Acceptance of the Conditions. By registering for the Congress, the participant confirms that they have read and accepted these conditions.

All Congress participants pay €10, thereby becoming members of the association “Animation Création Culture Origami”, which is necessary for insurance coverage throughout the duration of the Congress.
