Instead, it focuses on building a strong, athletic foundation that enhances your performance across various physical activities.

This program can be tailored to fit your preferences, whether you train 3x, 4x, or 5x per week. Choose the schedule that works best for your lifestyle and fitness goals:
3x/Week: Full-Body Workouts
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Focus: Full-body training sessions designed to hit all major muscle groups.
Duration: Each workout lasts at least one hour to ensure adequate intensity and volume.
4x/Week: High/Low Intensity Split
Schedule:
High intensity: Monday, Thursday
Low intensity: Tuesday, Friday
Focus: Alternates between high-intensity and low-intensity sessions for balanced recovery and effort.
5x/Week: Short, Targeted Workouts
Schedule: Monday through Friday (weekends off).
