For my computer science 101 class we had to virtually create a PC. We could choose whatever components we wanted for the PC. I wanted to build the cheapest computer possible and I didn't really care what the quality of the PC was, which the price came out to $537.05. I utilized the website http://newegg.com/ to find all my parts for my virtual computer.

What I learned is that there are some components that will not go together, for example an older mother board will not pair up with a newer operating system. Like the intel 7 mother board will not pair up with a 11 windows operating system. Also, some older models are more expensive than the newer models because they want you to buy the newer version. Knowing that I am making the cheapest computer possible I know that these parts are not the best and it will be slow and not have the most storage. It was also hard to match up some of the parts together with other ones.
