Javier Patic is Tamara's boyfriend (since episode 5 of season 2) he is a 12 year old boy who used to be emo but was run over in episode 2 of season 1 and changed his personality even changing his name (possibly due to a serious brain disorder that changed almost everything even erasing his memories and having to relearn but he succeeded and changed his name although they never told him what happened to him so as not to traumatize him)
