檢舉黃牛教學
因應新加坡場有人一次申請海量帳號，
讓我們一人一封檢舉信，抵制黃牛！

檢舉步驟
Step 1：進入網站後，點右上角「Submit a request」
Step 2：在「Your email address」 填入你的 Email
Step 3：在「Topic」可選擇
選「Help with my order」
選「Help with the insurance」
選「General information」
Step 4：
在「First name」填入名字 (可以用自己的英文名字，不是護照名應該也行)
在「Last name」填入姓氏 (建議填真的)
Step 5：在「Event Name」選 Taylor Swift The Eras Tour
Step 6：在「Order Number」填 0 (表單可送出即可)
Step 7：在「Last four digits of purchase card」填 0000
Step 8：在「Subject」填 Registration issue
Step 9：在「Question」這裡可以自己抱怨黃牛事宜 (不會打的可以複製下面公版)
Step 10：在「Attachments」點 Add file，勾選黃牛賣票的截圖
Step 11：點擊「Submit」送出
以下為公版抱怨信：
Recently scalpers start selling tickets of Taylor Swifts The Eras Tour because they created thousands of accounts by using dots between a single email address, and had already completed multiple registrations successfully . (*a screenshot is attached)
To elaborate, here is an example, by owing one email address:
taylor@gmail.com
Scalpers can add dots and create multiple accounts such as:
t.aylor@gmail.com
ta.ylor@gmail.com
tay.lor@gmail.com
ta.yl.or@gmail.com
t.a.y.l.o.r@gmail.com ..., etc.
This is a serious issue that need to be aware before General On-Sale is held.
These types of accounts should not be considered as multiple individual registrations. Moreover, they should be disqualificated due to they are highly possible be owned by scalpers.
