Description of the activity: -
First meeting held in November 2018 in Turkey will be an introduction meeting. In this meeting project teachers will come together for the first time. Each partner will search possible and alternative ways of transportation and accommodation facilities in its own territory before this meeting. We will divide our topic “Technology Addiction in Adolescents” into five categories : 1- Game Addiction 2- Social Network and Online Chat Addiction 3- TV Addiction 4- Mobile Phone -Tablet PC Addiction 5- Online Shopping and Cyber Gambling and Cyber Violence Addiction. Each partner will have the responsibility of one of these addiction types and then will prepare a detailed presentation to give to others during the visitin their country . Activity flow day by day:
DAY-1 Warm -up activities among teachers will be held as ice breakers. Each partner will make a small presentation and give us information about their school. Warm up activities for pupils will be agreed on by the teachers of the project teams.
DAY-2 Accommodation and transportation facilities will be introduced by teachers. The cost of each facility will be explained and then together we will brainstorm and choose the most suitable way of transportation (airport -cultural visits) and accommodation (hotels for teachers, other students’houses for the pupils) considering the conditions of each country at the time of the mobility.
DAY-3 Dissemination activities will be discussed and main methodology will be determined. Possible problems we may face during the implementation of project will be discussed and solution to every possible problem will be found.
A Partnership Agreement Document will be prepared and signed by the partner schools to ensure responsibility of each partner school during implementation and dissemination of the project. Lastly cultural and education visits to organisations , touristic destinations and landmarks ,which will enable our pupils to discover the similarities and differences among countries , will be planned to be carried out in the afternoons after workshops at schools.
