From 7 to 11 November 2022, Ban Josip Jelačić High School hosted a ten students from Norway, seven students from Italy, and two teachers from Norway and five teachers from Italy. In addition to participating in project activities, the teachers from Italy were also involved in observing classes as part of their Erasmus Accreditation. The week was dedicated to the topic: Branding in the public sector, and the students, divided into international teams, had the task of researching one of the assigned organizations and creating a promotional video and brochure. One day was dedicated to sightseeing in Zagreb through gamification, and strengthening team spirit was achieved through sports activities in the hall and plogging at Novi Dvori.
Greåker videregående skole, Norway
During the week of February 12th to 19th, a group of 8 students and two teachers from Norway stayed with us. The students were accommodated with our students in a so-called "homestay", and during the day we had organized activities in and out of school related to the topic of human rights. This is the third project we have collaborated on with Greåker videregående skole.
Klara Teoretiska Gymnasium, Goteborg, Sweden
From March 5 to 7, a group of 20 students and two teachers from Gothenburg, Sweden, visited our school. They spent the first day at the school participating in joint activities: team-building workshops, a workshop on sustainable development, then the guests participated in regular classes, learned to dance traditional Croatian dances, and then continued to socialize in informal sports activities. On the second day, we visited the Plitvice Lakes National Park, and on Wednesday they discovered Zagreb in international teams: City-rally with gamification and storytelling. The students liked the activities and expressed their satisfaction in the evaluation, both the visiting students and the students from our school who were involved in the activities.
GO! Athena Oostende, Belgium
In the week of January 14-19, 2025, we hosted our partners from Belgium, with whom we are implementing the eTwinning project Crossing Cultures Exchanges. The project began at the beginning of this school year with the first grades of the grammar school program (1.a and 1.b). After various online activities, we deepened our cooperation with the arrival of a group of twenty students and two teachers from the Athena Oostende school from Belgium, who realized this mobility as part of their Erasmus+ Accreditation. The program of their stay in Croatia included interactive content that was implemented in school, but also in field teaching, in order to get to know the cultural heritage of Croatia in accordance with the project objectives.
Klara Teoretiska Gymnasium, Goteborg, Sweden
From March 25th to 27th 2025, a group of 19 students and two teachers from Gothenburg, Sweden, visited our school. After last year's successful collaboration, this was their second visit to our school. They spent the first day at the school participating in joint activities: team-building workshops, a workshop on sustainable development, then the guests participated in regular classes (Literature, German, Croatian language, English) and then continued to socialize in informal sports activities. On the second day, we visited the Plitvice Lakes National Park, and on Wednesday they discovered Zagreb in international teams: City-rally with gamification and storytelling.

IES Pablo Neruda, Seville
In the week of April 8-11, we hosted a group of nine students and two teachers from IES Pablo Neruda, Castilleja de la Cuesta, Seville, Spain. The goals of their mobility were: developing awareness of European identity, as well as seeing how we apply innovative methodologies, digitalisation and language learning. The schedule of their activities was designed around these goals. After activities with our psychologist aimed at team building in order to later collaborate in international teams in all activities, on the first day we organized a visit to lessons, where they participated in workshops on EU identity, human rights and sports activities with our students. On Wednesday, they visited Plitvice Lakes together with a group of Croatian students and teachers. On Thursday, they participated in the economics and foreign language classes at school where they used various digital applications and the lessons were gamified. After that, they visited the city library and the city radio. On Friday, we visited Samobor, where they had the opportunity to see a mine and participate in workshops on traditional crafts and enjoy the cultural heritage of a beautiful town. Another successful collaboration has been achieved, for which agreements have already been made for the next school year.
