Day 3

In the morning, I woke up at 7:30 a.m. and my host, whose name is Soraia, woke up at 8 o’clock. We ate something for breakfast and then we went to the school. In the school I met some classmates and we talked a little. The school started every day at 9 o’clock. In the beginning, we played some interactive games which were so interesting and funny, I enjoyed it a lot. At 11 o’clock, we went to another school building, because there was our mindfulness lesson. We learned how to control our mind, and how to stay calm all the time. When the lesson was over, we went to have lunch in the canteen, and the food was good. It was fish with some salad, tomato and some kind of dough. After lunch we went to a Zumba class in a park nearby. This was my favourite, I really enjoyed it, and the feeling was great. We danced to Portuguese, Spanish, Hungarian, Austrian and Croatian pop songs in the ECO park. The weather was sunny and hot so we were exhausted at the end. The last program was the escape room designed and prepared by teachers and students of the Portuguese school. I was in a small team and I really loved it. The people in the Youth Centre where the room was were all kind, helpful, and lovely. We couldn’t complete the task, because the time was short, but I’m sure if we had more time, we would have completed the task. Overall, Wednesday was one of my favourite days of that week. The Erasmus trip was a huge experience in my life, I met so many lovely people and I recommend everyone who loves to travel and use languages.
