Structured course in Italy, Florence

I was one of the 11 participants who attended ERASMUS + Teacher Training Course "Integrating Creativity and Innovation into Teaching" in Florence, Italy.

Three participants were from Finland, one was from Latvia, one from Hungary and other five were from Romania.

Course was organized by Europass Teacher Academy and our course manager was Tatiana Speri.

This course was focused on creativity, innovations, team work, digital skills and competences.

During my mobility period I had chance to gained and improve some new knowledge, skills and competences such as:

knowledge about students - learning style and ability to project teaching according to them
mapping techniques, visual thinking, visual teaching strategies, creative thinking
projecting lessons using innovative methods
evaluating complex competences: teacher, peer and auto assessment
searching, adapting and manipulating visual resources as a way to develop high-order skills
managing ICT tools in Education: quizzes and serious games, classroom management platforms, online portfolios

Course program:

Monday

First day of course after the welcome introductions our course manager Tatiana gave us a basics course info and few warm-up activities for ice breaking. After that each participant get a chance to present his or her school and country.

Tuesday

On Tuesday we had a team work and discussion about which ICT, video tools or Social Media do we use inside and outside the classroom.

Team with most correct answers in the quiz got a 'reward'.

Second assigment was also for team work.

We had to write down on paper Pros and Cons of using Social Media in the classroom. After that we discussed about it and exchanged same experiences from our classrooms.

Third assigment were workshops such as:

Wednesday

On Wednesday we continued with workshops but with two new topics such as:

Facebook Groups

Study Stack

Thursday

On Thursday we had another workshops such as:

Google Forms

Flubaroo

Friday

Last workshop was Quizizz.

Team work

After a brainstorming and practicing what we have learned, Tatiana gave us an assigment - create a class project using all the tools at one time (60 min.) and prepare a presentation of our project.

At the end we got a Certificate of Attendance.

Ja sam bila jedan od 11 polaznika ERASMUS + tečaja za nastavnike pod nazivom "Integrating Creativity and Innovation into Teaching" koji se održao u Firenzi, Italija.

Troje polaznika je bilo iz Finske, jedna polaznica je bila iz Latvije, jedna iz Mađarske, a preostalih petoro iz Rumunjske.

Organizator tečaja je bio Europass Teacher Academy, a vodila nas je Tatiana Speri.

Cilj ovog tečaja je bio potaknuti kreativnost i inovativnost u radu na nastavi, timski rad te poboljšavanje digitalnih vještina i kompetencija.

Tijekom razdoblja mobilnosti imala sam priliku steći i usavršiti neka nova znanja, vještine i

kompetencije kao što su:

znanje o studentima - stil učenja i sposobnost projektiranje nastave prema njihovim potrebama
tehnike mapiranja, vizualno razmišljanje, strategije vizualnog poučavanja, kreativno razmišljanje
projektiranje nastave pomoću inovativnih metoda
ocjenjivanje složenih kompetencija: ocjenjivanje nastavnika, vršnjaka
traženje, prilagođavanje i manipuliranje vizualnim resursima kao načinom razvoja vještina visokog reda
upravljanje ICT alatima u obrazovanju: kvizovi i ozbiljne igre, platforme za upravljanje učionocama, online portfelji
