Five students and two teachers per country will attend (as detailed in the budget). The 2 teachers are preferably speciality/ICT and English, so they can assist students during the practical part of the exchange. The students will be selected from the target group of 17-18 year olds in each school. The host school will involve 8 students in the activities and other students for organisation purposes.

Before the meeting, students will prepare presentations about their countries, regions/towns, and one about their schools, specialisations, career options. They will also prepare short presentations about the hotel industry in their areas, under the supervision of their teachers.

The exchange presupposes both topic-related activities and cultural activities.
