We have planned 4 LTTAs in the two years of project, which will help us attain the stated objectives.

C2 - IT - May 2018: professionals in the hotel industry will lecture students about the requirements in this area, as well as specialists in online marketing. Students will simulate business initiatives based on knowledge acquired during C1 and C2.
C3 - MK - Oct 2018: Getting employment in the specific domains - CVs, cover letters, portfolios, online platforms
C4 - BG - Apr 2019: Online brochure for promoting the touristic potential of their areas, economy, job and business opportunities, cultural life, entertainment, hotels, restaurants and pubs, transport facilities, sports centres.
The organisation of LTTAs has been planned having in mind that they are essential to give our students the opportunity to develop certain skills and abilities which would not be possible in a monocultural environment.
First and foremost, these transnational events have an important cultural and linguistic value. By being in contact with peers from other countries, the learning experience becomes more meaningful, as participants learn about local cuisine (which will help students specialising in cookery), customs, traditions, geographical features, specific problems. Therefore, all participants will be able to make an informed evaluation of similarities and differences between countries and mentalities, by experiencing the lifestyle of different peoples first hand. In this way, they will learn to adjust to unfamiliar environments, thus becoming more flexible and tolerant individuals.
In addition, by attending LTTAs, students and teachers will be able to exchange good practices, observe specificities of the educational system in the host countries, attend lessons of interest to the topic.
Also, students will gain experience of working in multicultural environments, which mirrors the current situation in real-life contexts, in which people of different nationalities work together in teams.
Last but not least, students will be able to identify business opportunities in the areas which may or may not be similar to theirs, but which will help them gain a better understanding of the dynamics of the economy in the European space.
