1) Accessing the application

Useful links are available at the top of every page of this website.
To launch the Application, please use the large blue button at the top left side of the screen. If you wish instead to trade the tokens, pick one of the shown exchanges and click on BUY or SELL next to its logo, or open full List of Exchanges and Pools (please be aware the exchanges at the top menu are divided according to the traded token).

2) Connecting and Setup

a) To connect your wallet, please use the button "Connect Wallet" at the top right corner of the application.
The Metamask browser extension is fully tested and working. Metamask mobile and Trust wallet were recently checked and connected to the app without an issue (you have to use the browser included with the app). Use of other wallets have not been tested and their connectivity is not guaranteed, but in theory all wallets supporting EIP-1193 standard should be compatible.
When your wallet will successfully connect, the "Connect Wallet" button will change to "Connected". You will see the address of your wallet below the button and your balances will appear in the right side of the Application.

b) Please select the function you want to use in the drop-down menu at the top of the screen.

3) Minting of Equivalence Tokens

To mint new tokens, follow these steps:

a) Select "Equivalence Token Minting" in the drop-down menu at the top of the screen.

b) Set the amount of ETH you want to use to mint Equivalence Tokens.
You can use up and down arrows which change the value by 0.001 ETH, or enter the value yourself.
When you have set the amount, confirm it by the button "Confirm", which will make further steps available.

c) Based on the amount you entered you will be shown an estimated amount of EQT you will receive if you mint the tokens, this is only an estimation at the moment you confirmed the value, it may change if the price of the EQT changes before you confirm minting.
Based on the estimated amount, you can choose to either mint the tokens, or cancel the procedure and change the amount.
To mint the tokens, press button "Mint EQT" and confirm the transaction in your wallet.
If you want to cancel minting, press button "Cancel".

4) Rewards Program

This part of the application contains only three buttons.

a) To register your wallet into the program, press button "Register Wallet".
Your wallet will start accumulating tokens, the rate is based on the current supply of tokens and may vary between 0-15%, details are in the section Fees and Rewards. Please be aware that registered wallets will have a slightly increased gas cost of transactions of EQT, because the rewards must be updated on each transaction.

b) To stop your wallet from accumulating rewards and slightly reduce the gas cost of the transactions, press button "Pause Rewards".

c) If you think your wallet has accumulated some amount of tokens from the Rewards Program, but you didn't make any transaction which would update those rewards, you can update them manually (add them to your balance). To do this, please press the button "Update Rewards".
Please be aware that the reward size will be according to:
1) the current rate at the moment of the update
2) the time you've held the tokens since the last update

5) Utility Tokens

Utility Tokens represent certain asset in the real world. You can use it to fix the value of your EQT to the value of the mentioned asset and later retrieve EQT. If you want to convert your EQT to one of the assets, use following steps:

a) Select the asset you want from the drop-down menu at the top left corner of the "Utility Tokens" window. Set the amount of the tokens in the text field below the drop-down menu.

b) Press "Confirm", this will enable the remaining buttons and calculate the estimated amount of EQT.
Please be aware that this estimation is valid only at the moment when you pressed the "Confirm" button, if the value of EQT has changed before you finish the transaction, the estimated amount will not be accurate.

c) If you want to obtain the tokens of the asset you selected, press the button "Mint Tokens, pay EQT".
If you already own the selected asset and you'd like to receive EQT, press the button "Burn Tokens, get EQT".
If you changed your mind, or the estimated amount is not according to your liking, you can cancel the transaction by pressing the button "Cancel Transaction".

6) Equivalence Token Wrapper

The Equivalence Token Wrapper serves to "wrap" the Equivalence Tokens to convert them into standard ERC-20 tokens, which can be used with any smart-contract or application, regardless of whether such an application supports tokens with fee-on-transfer.

a) First set how many tokens you want to wrap (or unwrap) in the text field at the top of the "Equivalence Token Wrapper" window.
Confirm the amount by the button "Confirm amount" below the mentioned text field - this will enable the remaining buttons.

b) If you want to wrap EQT into WEQT, click on the button "Wrap EQT".
If you want to unwrap WEQT and get back EQT, click on the button "Unwrap WEQT".

If you changed your mind, you can cancel the transaction by clicking on the button "Cancal Transaction".

7) NFT Marketplace

The NFT Marketplace allows you to trade NFT tokens of the collection "Amazing Landscapes by Greg Miller - Limited Editions" directly by the use of the integrated functions of this NFT collection, without involvement of any third party.
Trades made on this marketplace have special bonus - when you sell an NFT here, you will receive half of the royalty (5% of the price) the next time it is sold using this marketplace.
Traditional NFT marketplaces usually take commission of 2.5% or higher, this marketplace charge only 0.75% commission on ETH purchases and the purchases with EQT are free of any commission.

At the bottom part of the screen is a table with all the NFTs in the collection and their IDs. The NFTs you own and active sales will be loaded when you connect the wallet, however please be aware that the loading of all the active sales will take about 1 minute (depending on factors like your internet connection etc.)

a) To buy an NFT of your liking, set the ID of the NFT in the text field in the top left corner of the NFT Marketplace window and confirm it by pressing "Confirm ID" button.
If the NFT is on sale, the price of the NFT will be displayed for the currency / currencies accepted by the owner of the NFT and related button(s) to buy the NFT will become available.
To buy the NFT press either "Buy with ETH" or "Buy with EQT" button, depending on which method you prefer.
If you have changed your mind, you can cancel the transaction by the button "Cancel Transaction".

b) To sell an NFT you own, set the ID of the NFT, currency you are willing to accept as payment and the price in ETH (price in EQT will be calculated at the moment of trade, based on the current price of EQT/ETH pair).
The price you enter is what you will receive, royalties (and possible commission) are charged on top of the price.
Press the button "Create Sale" and confirm the transaction in your wallet to create the sale.
After the transaction is successfully completed, you can check whether your sale is visible for everyone by refreshing the sales data with button "Refresh Sales Data", the ID of your NFT should appear in the "Active Sales" section of the table.

c) To cancel the sale of your NFT, go to the section named "Cancel existing sale:", set the ID of the NFT in the text field and press "Cancel Sale" button.
