Prediction/Multi-line

1. Press on the image below to access the task.

2. Make a copy of the Doc.

3. Click on the EquatIO extension in the top right corner of your URL bar to bring up the EquatIO toolbar.

4. In the EquatIO toolbar select "EquatIO". In the popup select "Options."

5. In the side bar select "Math Options."

6. Under "Prediction" ensure that Math, Chemistry and Formula buttons are on (blue) and then select "Save."

7. In the EquatIO toolbar select "Equation Editor".

8. Start typing "are". In the pop-up select the area of the shape you would like.

the letters "a r e" are typed.  In the prediction box you see the options for area ofa square, are of a circle, area of a rectangle.

9. On your keyboard press the keys "Shift" + "Ctrl" + "Enter" at the same time to copy the equation from the first line to the second.

10. On the second line type "40 times 120". You will notice that you can select the times symbol from the prediction box.

11. On your keyboard press "Shift" + "Enter" at the same time to move down a line.

12. Whe n the question is complete select "Insert Math."

13. Right click on the image. Choose "Wrap Text." Now move your math to where you would like it on the page.
