All content, materials, concepts, designs, arrangements, branding elements, service structures, event themes, menu presentations, food styling, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, advertisements, catalogs, brochures, quotations, digital media, website content, social media content, décor concepts, customized packages, texts, trade names, trademarks, service marks, and operational materials associated with EPITT Caterers® are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and are protected under the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including but not limited to:

• Copyright Ordinance, 1962

• Trade Marks Ordinance, 2001

• Intellectual Property Organization of Pakistan (IPO-Pakistan) Regulations

• Companies Act, 2017

• SECP Corporate Protection & Registration Laws

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, republication, redistribution, imitation, resale, recording, screenshotting, downloading, commercial use, or exploitation of any material belonging to EPITT Caterers®, whether in digital, printed, verbal, graphical, or physical form, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Company.

Any individual, organization, event planner, decorator, caterer, marketing agency, or third party found copying or unlawfully using the Company’s:

• Logos & Brand Identity

• Menu Designs & Food Presentations

• Event Concepts & Décor Themes

• Marketing Material & Advertisements

• Service Packages & Business Structure

• Website/Social Media Content

• Images, Videos & Promotional Media

• Customized Client Proposals & Quotations

shall be subject to legal action, claims for damages, financial penalties, injunctions, removal notices, and other remedies available under Pakistani civil and criminal law.

EPITT Caterers® reserves the absolute right to:

1. Protect its intellectual property and commercial identity;

2. Initiate legal proceedings against infringement or unauthorized usage;

3. Modify, update, discontinue, or restrict any service, package, or published content without prior notice;

4. Use registered branding elements for lawful commercial and promotional purposes;

5. Enforce all applicable rights under SECP and IPO-Pakistan regulations.

The Company name “EPITT Caterers®”, associated branding, slogans, and creative materials may not be used, reproduced, or represented in any manner likely to create confusion, imitation, or misleading association without official authorization.

All business dealings, bookings, contracts, and services remain subject to Company policies, operational terms, and applicable laws of Pakistan.
