· Executive Event Controller:  The Executive Event Controller at EPITT serves as the central authority responsible for the seamless planning, coordination, and execution of all events. This role ensures that every project—from catering and venue management to full-scale event production—is delivered with precision, professionalism, and adherence to company standards. Acting as the primary point of control, the Executive Event Controller oversees vendor coordination, client communication, operational timelines, and on-ground execution to guarantee a flawless event experience.

With a strong focus on quality assurance, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction, the Executive Event Controller ensures that all services align with EPITT’s brand values, contractual commitments, and regulatory compliance, while proactively managing risks and maintaining operational excellence throughout the event lifecycle.

· Chief Catering Organizer:  The EPITT operates as a professionally managed catering and event organization company, delivering complete end-to-end catering solutions under the supervision of its Chief Catering Organizer. This role ensures seamless coordination between kitchen operations, service teams, vendors, and event execution units to maintain consistent quality and timely delivery.

The Chief Catering Organizer oversees menu planning, food production standards, staffing arrangements, and on-site service execution for all types of events including weddings, corporate functions, and private gatherings. With a strong focus on quality control, hygiene compliance, and customer satisfaction, EPITT ensures that every event reflects premium hospitality standards and flawless operational management.

Through strategic planning, vendor coordination, and real-time event supervision, the Chief Catering Organizer guarantees that EPITT delivers a reliable, well-structured, and high-quality catering experience for every client

· Chief Event Organizer:  The Chief Event Organizer at EPITT serves as the principal authority responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and successful delivery of all events. This role oversees end-to-end event operations, including concept development, client coordination, vendor management, and on-ground execution, ensuring every event meets the company’s standards of quality, creativity, and professionalism.

With a strong focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence, the Chief Event Organizer leads cross-functional teams, manages timelines and budgets, and ensures seamless integration of catering, venue, and event services. The position also ensures compliance with company policies and SECP regulations while maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to deliver exceptional and memorable event experiences.

· Chief Manufacturer Organizer: leads the company’s dedicated Manufacturing Hub for Event Décor & Design, ensuring the seamless production of high-quality, customized event elements. This role oversees the end-to-end manufacturing process, from concept development and material sourcing to fabrication, finishing, and deployment.
