Introduction

Best years of your life

To tell you about one of the best times of my life I would have to take you back to my days when I was back in college. To say that we had fun was an understatement but you would also have to hear the stories about how we got each other in so much trouble. I was on the golf team and we had quite the supporting cast for some great stories in our short years there. These stories will not all be funny as some of them had very serious consequences that changed the make-up of our team. However, I do hope that some of these stories will have a comedic tone to them as they will be funny to me writing them. I will tell the stories of one man named Rama that was a great warrior on the course but his only weakness was the love of his girlfriend. She was the love of his life and he would do whatever it took to make her happy. He had an arch-rival Ravana that would always make things difficult for him. They had a lot of fights throughout college but none as big when Ravana was trying to steal Rama's girlfriend. It made for a great story I will tell at a later time.

Rama was a great player to have on a team because of his fight to win and beat anyone that was in his way. He had an urge to win at all cost and it was impressive to see first hand. Sita his girlfriend was always great to have around because of her dedication to Rama and his fight to be the best. Ravana played at a rival college but we had to deal with him and his problems all too often. He also was a great player but would eventually get beat by the best.

These stories will show what happened to us as a team and progress through the years I was a student at the University of Oklahoma. It will obviously start with my time as a freshman but then slowly start to progress as I became older and wiser senior in my final couple of years. All of us as a team would grow especially under Rama's leadership as a warrior. I wanted to write this so that I would be able show my family and children of the great times and the stories I have from my college years but also so my children could show their children for years to come. Mostly everyone from my team will make an appearance and hopefully you will be able to see their personalities come out in my writing. Part of what made us such an interesting team were the personalities we were around every single day. None of us had very similar personalities but we all shared a common goal of being the best so I think that is why we loved to be with each other so much. We along with Rama's leadership was able to be great and excell at the thing we loved the most. I hope that everyone will enjoy what my writing has to offer because these stories have shaped my life and how I ended up where I am now.
