When shipping birds, always set up a date with the recipient for a day they will be home all day. It will be overnight, or sometimes 2 days for those on the west coast. They will be emailed tracking once the bird is shipped (make sure the shipping log is updated as soon as you arrive back to the store). Birds are shipped with Priority Express, signature required (check signature required on address slip). Please when talking to customers let them know it is a posibility for two day shipment and that has become more common.
