The Great Brooklyn Bakeoff

During Enrichment Week, our cluster learned how to bake in a professional setting by using dimensional analysis to make enough for everyone. And with that, we were able to make over 300 cupcakes and 27 6inch cakes. In addition to this, we also learned different piping techniques, which helped us expand our imagination when we decorated our cakes and cupcakes. In the end, our cluster worked and tried their hardest to decorate, bake, and serve everyone, even if it was their first time baking.
