Guidelines 

ALL GRADE LEVELS​

• Attend 8 MBSA meetings 

• A minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 with no more than 2 grades lower than a C

• Attendance on grade level field trips: Freshmen - Hospital, Sophomores - College, Juniors - College, Seniors - Retirement Home

• Payment of annual fees

• At least 120 recorded hours of community service

  1. Current Freshman: 30 Hours by Fall of 2027

  2. Current Sophomores: 60 Hours by Fall of 2027

  3. Current Juniors: 90 Hours by Fall of 2027

• Completion of the MBSA academic curriculum

• To be cohorted in at least 2 classes each year

• Completion of Grade Level projects: Freshmen - Puppet Shows, Sophomores - Virtual Health Fair, Juniors - Poe Elementary Health Fair, Seniors - Retirement Home

• At least 30 hours each year

JUNIOR YEAR​

• Job shadowing 

• 120-hour internship(summer after junior year) and 2 Honors Projects 

• CPR certification

• OSHA certification

• Stop the Bleed certification
