We support high school English teachers by providing clear guidance for the Bagrut, intervention plans for struggling learners, and tools that help students progress through the bands and improve their language skills. Our resources include teaching materials, professional learning communities, assessment support, and meetings where teachers can share ideas and grow together — so no one teaches alone.

Multi- Sensory Reading - Books as Objects
Implemented and Led by: Charmain Lezmy, Yitzhak Rabin Branco-Weiss HS, Mazkeret Batya
Inspired by Leah Price, Professor of English Literature, Harvard University, USA
Blindfolded students explored and identified various books and objects using only
touch and smell. Students made insightful guesses, linking texture and scent to
meaning, which sparked discussion about how physical attributes of books convey
deeper messages. The class found the activity engaging and thought-provoking,
particularly the challenge of identifying objects without sight and the idea that books can be "felt" as much as read.
A collection of classroom materials, Bagrut-ready tasks, vocabulary tools, and digital resources for high school English teachers.
