Existing Conditions 

Inspection of current existing building conditions was necessary in order to analyze potential upgrades. It was found that there needs to be major revival to the exterior and interior finishes of the building to provide a more welcoming environment. 

Shown below you will find the following: uninteresting and dull exterior fascade, outdated bathroom designs, dead spaces with poor layout, improper classroom setups, and dark hallways.
