Site Logistics

The goal of the site logistics plan is to create a visual plan for managing our resources, material, and personnel throughout the construction process. When developing the site logistics plan, safety and efficiency were prioritized. Considering that we will be managing construction activities on a college campus with ongoing classes, it is our priority to keep the students, faculty, and public safe while maintaining efficiency. Our site logistics plan is structured into four distinct phases, to ensure coherent coordination and successful execution of our retrofit project.
