Mitsubishi requested that we perform a Life Cycle Cost analysis (LCA) on our new proposed system. This LCA allows for the calculation of the entire cost of the system over its lifetime, from component costs to energy consumption.

The results from this analysis can be seen below. There are three systems being analyzed in the LCA: "Mitsubishi VRF" is our proposed new system, the "Existing" system, and the "Alternate 1" system is a variation of our new system, but with an electric back up instead of a gas back up.
