The rooftop units (RTUs) at Pontotoc Hall are currently not functional. We decided to run two "Baseline" simulations. The first baseline simulation is not considering the effect of the RTUs, this is what they are currently experiencing.
The second baseline simulation is considering the effect of the RTUs, that is if the RTUs were functioning.
Displayed below are both baseline simulation results. The total electric and gas consumption values and the total cost spent on annual operation are presented.

For each of the following "Unit" sections, each section has two figures associated with it.
The first image is the total electric and gas consumption for that unit. The totals are represented graphically as well as in tabular form below.
The second image represents the total utility cost for the unit. The graph displays the month-by-month values while the total, expressed in dollars, is displayed below the graph.

The following images are the team's eQuest results when implementing our system into the software.
Underneath each "Unit" heading, there are four images:
- The top two images represent the total electricity and gas consumption breakdown of our new system. The first image does not include the updated lighting. The total electric consumption can be seen the the lower right hand corner of the first yellow table in the "Total" row.
- It can be observed that once the new lights were implemented, the total electric consumption decreased dramatically. These results are desired.
- The lower two images display the total utility cost for the unit. The first image compares the total utility cost for the new system with and without the updated lights on a month-by-month scale. The second image compares the total utility cost for the year.
