Novotel Rotterdam Brainpark

Directly located next to the Erasmus University campus, within 5 minutes walking distance of the conference venue, is the conference hotel: Rotterdam Novotel Brainpark. A 4-star hotel located in business area Brainpark. 

The hotel is easily to reach by road, has a (paid) parking, and public transport metro stop Kralingse Zoom is within 10 minutes walking distance.

Conference participants are offered an ENEAR 2024 DISCOUNT of 12% ON THE BEST AVAILABLE RATE & 12 % DISCOUNT ON THE BREAKFAST BUFFET. A credit card is mandatory to complete the reservation.  Note that a limited block of rooms is reserved for the conference, but fees are based on the going market rate, and the block can sell out even before the conference. So, it is advisable to book early to ensure a room at a reasonable rate.

Erasmus University campus can be easily reached in about 25 minutes by tram (24 and 21, stop “Woudestein”, 2 minute walk) and metro (stop “Kralingse Zoom” + 10 minute walk).
