The ENEAR online seminars take place once a month, typically on the second Wednesday of the month, from 16.00 till 17.00 CET (= Amsterdam/Brussels/Paris/Berlin/Rome/Madrid etc. time).

Format

  • presentation of a paper or a research design

  • 15-20 minute uninterrupted presentation, followed by Q&A and discussion

  • participants can ask questions in the chat box, moderator gives participants who asked questions the opportunity to ask them directly to the presenter

  • seminars are recorded but the recording is not made publicly available

  • all participants need to sign up in advance (please cancel your participation if you cannot make it after all)

Best practices

  • keep your microphone muted unless you are asking a question

  • preferably keep your camera switched on

  • use your first name and family name as user name
