Connor Lantz is a fifth-year Civil Engineering student at the University of Manitoba and the Project Manager for Endeavour Engineering. He brings valuable consulting experience from his time at Dillon Consulting, where he focused on structural design and project coordination. Connor also possesses strong leadership and conflict resolution skills, having served as a Team Lead for the UM Earth Greenhouse Team and Lead Instructor for the Lord Selkirk RFM Pipe Band. In his role, he acts as the primary liaison for clients and mentors while managing project schedules and major deliverables. 

Biniyam Demssie is a fifth-year Civil Engineering Co-op student and the Structural and Environmental Lead for the team. He has a strong academic foundation in structural analysis and sustainable design, bringing proficiency in finite element analysis software like SAP2000 and drafting in AutoCAD. Biniyam is passionate about applying engineering principles to real-world challenges and has a solid understanding of CSA and ASTM standards for concrete design. He is known for his collaborative nature and steadfast commitment to professional growth.

Alden Stone is a sixth-year Civil Engineering Co-op student specializing in transportation and structural engineering. As the team's Transportation Lead, he draws on extensive public sector experience gained across three consecutive terms with Manitoba Transportation & Infrastructure. During his time there, Alden managed project estimates, performed precise site surveying, and inspected over 160 structures. He is a results-oriented problem solver with strong technical capabilities in both transportation design and construction administration.
