Our team assessed PwC's organizational practices and policies for employee health and wellness. Using a comprehensive framework, we evaluated PwC's performance against the criteria for the Global Healthy Workplace Award and made recommendations for improvement. 

In a recent presentation, I discussed the impact of South Korea's new proposed legislation aimed at raising working hours and improving work-life balance, known as the "69-hour work week." I explored the cultural and occupational factors driving these reforms and analyzed their potential benefits and challenges for both employers and employees in South Korea.

We assessed team functioning within a company by identifying factors that impact team performance, such as communication, collaboration, and decision-making. Information was gathered via interviews and observation to identify areas of strengths and weaknesses in the team. The results were used to develop strategies for improving team functioning.
