Recruitment Consulting

As part of a collaborative effort, our cohort developed 120 situational-judgement interview questions and respective behaviorally anchored rating scales for US Express, one of the largest trucking companies in the nation.

High Volume Recruiting

Unum US provided ample experience in high volume recruitment. I specifically worked within contact center and disability recruitment. While at Unum US, I completed resume screening, phone screening, and sourcing.

Healthcare Recruitment

I experienced full cycle recruitment while working with The ENT Institute. Recruitment included entry level healthcare to c-suite positions. This role included resume filtering, phone screening, reference checks, interviews, and hires. I was also involved in updating the interview process during my time as an HR coordinator.
