Chair and Mat Yoga - Section # 84081 -OAP 200 - Focus is on proprioception, mobility/flexibility using the chair as a prop. This is not all sitting, but many workout can be done with the help of a chair, allowing students to go deeper with more support of a chair. Topical Health and wellness lectures included.
Pilates 1: Mat - Section # 86728- OAP-200 - Improve core strength, posture, and muscular endurance through Pilates-based training. Emphasizes spine-safe, osteoporosis-friendly exercises. Includes reformer-inspired movements. Asynchronous format allows learning at your own pace. Topical Health and wellness lectures included.
Strength Training 2 – Section # 86729- OAP 200 - Improve strength, coordination, and functional fitness through guided circuit training. Timed exercises use weights, bands, or bodyweight with joint-friendly options. Learn and practice at your own pace in an asynchronous format. Topical Health and wellness lectures included.
Want to enroll in my FREE Saddleback College classes? Search for "Fong". These are all asynchronous classes where I assign several classes per week for you to move with me on your own schedule during the term. Classes run January-May, June-July, late August-December.

BALANCE & MOBILITY - # 50390 - EHEA 509 - SURVEY OF BALANCE/MOBILITY TECHNIQUES FOR OLDER ADULTS Asynchronous (2 complete classes per week with a total of 4 videos/all pre-recorded). Focus is on proprioception, lower body strength, coordination and eye exercises to improve depth perception and visual function. Students are encouraged to interact via written notes or comments in the modules. (osteoporosis/osteopenia friendly).
YOGA - # 50464- EHEA 532 - FOCUS AND MUSCLE STRENGTH FOR OLDER ADULTS Asynchronous (2 complete yoga classes per week/these show up as 4 videos)/ all pre-recorded. Focus on these exercises work on proprioception, body awareness, eye exercises to improve depth of perception and visual function and balance. Yoga exercises that are bone safe/friendly exercises (osteoporosis/osteopenia friendly).Students are encouraged to interact via written notes or comments in the modules.
PILATES - # 50414 - EHEA 521 - MUSCLE DEVELOPMENT FOR OLDER ADULTS Online, pre-recorded video accessible 24/7. Focus is muscular strength and muscular endurance using many traditional Pilates method mat exercises, and those that simulate exercises similar to those on the Pilates reformer; focus is on spine-safe/bone friendly exercises (osteoporosis/osteopenia friendly). Students are encouraged to interact via written notes or comments in the modules.
CIRCUIT TRAINING - # 50482 - EHEA 538 - SEQUENTIAL MUSCLE STRENGTHENING FOR THE OLDER ADULT - Asynchronous Circuit training is a class where students rotate through various strength exercises rotating to a new exercise roughly every 60 seconds for a total of 45 minutes. Free weights (kettlebells) and/or exercise bands and body weight (use your own) work. Step up box use optional. Osteoporosis/penia friendly. Students are encouraged to interact via written notes or comments in the modules.
INTERMEDIATE PILATES - #51583 - EHEA 541 - INT MSCLE STRNGTH - Asynchronous -These are delivered in the modules in a pre-recorded manner in the student website called Canvas, where students log in to view. Asynchronous (1 complete prerecorded class/16 classes plus 16 pre-recorded live-optional classes pushed to Canvas midweek), delivered from the "pandemic library". This includes modules with health lectures, meditations, that are included in modules. Students are encouraged to interact via written notes or comments in the modules. Live optional classes will be recorded and delivered to the modules if student cannot attend the live portion.

This is the full library with all-access, whereas the college options only allow you to access that week's workout on a weekly basis (as opposed to this is a library).

Duet group lessons for Pilates. 55 minute session ($50 pp)
One-to-one private Pilates or yoga lessons. 55 minute session ($85)
Release tension to improve mobiity and pain management with pin & stretch, myofascial techniques. 30-45 minute private session. ($85 by private appointment in North Tustin/Santa Ana area or online via Zoom).
I offer certification workshops to teach professionals a technique called Rossiter Stretching for pain management to address chronic pain or range of motion issues. Level 1, 2, 3 or 4. Offered once per year (during the summer months). Anyone call learn this method!
Fall 2026 - Santa Ana College
#88770 - Chair Mobility/Yoga and Balance - combining coursework that is specific to chair based Yoga moves and Balance and Mobility lessons, this class is unique mixture in lower body strength, mobility and proprioception.
