About
The EMERGE modular robot is a joint project of the REAL group, from IT University of Copenhagen, the ALIFE group, from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, and the China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing)
The main goal of the project is to achieve an easy to build, affordable modular robot platform that is open for anyone to use and modify, so that it can be accommodated to different projects needs.
The aim of this page is to provide basic information about the module, what parts are needed in order to build its different versions, where the designs can be obtained and how the module is assembled.
