9/19/25:
Home vs. Strom Thurmond
This week's football game is also our middle school night. We will have middle school students with us on Friday.
Attendance is MANDATORY for EHS Marching Band Members.
Call Time: ALL marching band members MUST be at EHS by 5 pm. Students must bring all items they need for the football game as they will not be allowed to leave after the game. Please fill out this form if there are any issues regarding your attendance.
**Middle School Students attending middle school night should be there by 5:15 pm.
Dress Code: Current purple band shirts, black shorts, long black socks, and athletic shoes
Dinner: Band Boosters will provide Pizza @ 6:20 pm, students will have approximately thirty minutes to eat, and they may have someone bring them food during this time
Performance: We will be performing Pregame and during half-time. Students will have a break during third quarter, there will be snacks and water during this time.
Dismissal: There is no set dismissal time. Students will be dismissed as soon as the football game is over AND all equipment is where it needs to be.

Tickets: You may purchase tickets with cash at the gate for $8, or you can purchase them here for $9.
Visitors: There is a clear bag policy, and you will be required to go through metal detectors upon entry.

Laurens Invitational

Band Room Open: The band room will be open for any students who would like to be here early for make-up/hair or just cause. The doors will open at 8:30 am. If you arrive early, parents must wait with any middle school student until the door is open
Call Time: Official call time is 9:30 am. ALL students must be at Emerald High School by this time. Attendance is mandatory!! Please fill out this form if there are any issues regarding your attendance.
Dress Code: Students will need to wear their Travel T-shirts, or "Show Shirts", black shorts, and LONG black socks.
Performance: We will be performing TWICE. The first performance is a Prelim performance, we will be performing this for judges only. Our second performance is our Public Performance, we will perform this in the stadium at 7:30 pm.
Awards: This will be after all of the bands have performed, and a selected group of leaders will leave the stands to collect our awards. During this time, leadership teams will be across the football field to collect awards for each band. Students must stand quietly until one of our leaders call us to attention. Students must be quiet throughout all the awards.
Dismissal: Students will not be dismissed until we make it back to the School. After we make it to Emerald, students must come to the band room and assist in post-competition clean up. We should arrive back at Emerald around 11:30 pm.
