Emerald High School Marching Band

The Emerald High School Marching Band is a dynamic, competitive ensemble composed of students in grades 7–12 from Emerald High School and Westview Middle School. Known for its dedication and excellence, the band travels throughout South Carolina to perform in local competitions, parades, and the SCBDA State Championship Finals.

In 2021, the Emerald Marching Band made school history by qualifying for the State Finals for the first time—and they have continued to earn their place among South Carolina’s top programs ever since.

In addition to competition performances, the band proudly supports the Emerald Vikings at every home football game, delivering spirited performances in the stands and presenting their fall field show at halftime.
