Wie funktioniert die Anmeldung?

Du kannst auf https://www.cvents.eu/de/emc-rally-2024-european-motorcyclists-for-christ-marienberg-31072024/ deine Tickets für die EMC Rally kaufen.

Dort stellst du dir über die verschiedenen Ticket-Kategorien deine Auswahl zusammen.

Je nachdem wie lang du bleibst, hast du verschiedene Tickets zur Auswahl:

FULL Ticket 4 Tage - 75 € (Donnerstag bis Sonntag, Check In Mittwoch ab 16:00 Uhr möglich)
Ticket 3 Tage - 65 €
Ticket 2 Tage - 55 €
Ticket 1 Tag - 44 €

Für Kinder von 5-14 Jahren bieten wir ein ermäßigtes Ticket an. Kinder von 0-5 sind frei.

FULL Ticket 4 Tage ermäßigt - 39€
Ticket 3 Tage ermäßigt - 33 €
Ticket 2 Tage ermäßigt - 28 €
Ticket 1 Tag ermäßigt - 23 €

Essen

Wir bieten für das Essen folgende Ticketkategorien an:

Frühstück
enthält ein Frühstücksbuffet
Mittagessen
enthält ein warmes Mittagessen.
Abendessen
enthält ein Buffet zum Abendessen

Du kannst für jeden Tag einzeln deine Mahlzeiten buchen.
Nachdem du die Tickets in den Warenkorb gelegt hast, wählst du aus, ob du die vegetarische Option möchtest.

Mittwoch Abend und Sonntag Mittag ersetzt das Essen vom Grill die regulären Mahlzeiten. Bitte habt dafür Bargeld (Euro) dabei. Wenn ihr nichts vom Grill möchtet, könnt ihr euch hier auch selbst verpflegen.

Der Grill ist ansonsten zusätzlich jeden Tag nach der Abendveranstaltung offen.

Leider kann unser Caterer bei der Verpflegung in dieser Größenordnung nicht auf jede Nahrungsmittelunverträglichkeit Rücksicht nehmen. Das tut uns leid.

Deshalb kannst du Früshtück, Mittagessen und Abendbrot separat buchen. Wenn du Unverträglichkeiten und/oder Allergien hast, kannst du beim Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet wahrscheinlich noch am besten auswählen, welche Nahrungsmittel für dich geeignet sind.

Sollte auch das dir zu unsicher sein, kannst du dich über die ganze Zeit auch selbst verpflegen.

Übernachtung

Zeltplatz 1 Person, 1 Nacht - 9,50 €
ACHTUNG: je nachdem wie viele Nächte du bleiben möchtest, buche hier mehrere Tickets. D.h. für die komplette Rally (Mi-So) 4 Tickets (4 Übernachtungen)
Bungalow für 4 Personen für 4 Nächte (Mittwoch - Sonntag) - Komplettpreis 274,00 € (68,50€ pro Person für die komplette Zeit)
Die Bungalows werden nur komplett vermietet - d.h. für alle Tage und für 4 Personen. Wenn ihr mit weniger Personen im Bungalow übernachtet, gilt trotzdem der volle Komplettpreis. Die Bungalows haben keine eigene Dusche/WC, die saniätren Anlagen befinden sich auf dem Gelände.
Wohnmobilstellplatz für 4 Nächte (Mittwoch - Sonntag) - Komplettpreis 38 €
Wohnmobilstellplätze sind nur begrenzt verfügbar. Da das Gelände kein Zeltplatz ist ist, sondern nur eine Wiese, die wir nutzen können, können wir an den Wohnmobilstellplätzen leider keinen Strom zur Verfügung stellen.

Wenn du nicht auf dem Zeltplatz oder im Bungalow übernachten möchtest, kannst du auch in der Umgebung eine Pension oder ein Hotel buchen. Wir haben dir dazu auf der Seite Information & FAQ ein paar Empfehlungen zusammengestellt.

You can buy your tickets for the EMC Rally at https://www.cvents.eu/en/emc-rally-2024-european-motorcyclists-for-christ-marienberg-31072024/ .

There you can put together your selection from the various ticket categories.

Depending on how long you are staying, you have different tickets to choose from:

FULL Ticket 4 days - 75 € (Thursday to Sunday, check-in Wednesday from 16:00 possible)
Ticket 3 days - 65 €
Ticket 2 days - 55 €
Ticket 1 day - 44 €

For children from 5-14 years we offer a reduced ticket. Children from 0-5 are free.

Food

We offer the following ticket categories for meals:

Breakfast
includes a breakfast buffet
Lunch
includes a hot lunch
Dinner
includes a buffet for dinner

You can book your meals individually for each day and once you have added the tickets to your shopping cart, you can choose whether you would like the vegetarian option.

Wednesday evening and Sunday lunchtime the barbecue meal replaces the regular meals. Please have cash (Euro) with you. If you don't want anything from the barbecue, you can also cater for yourself here.

The barbecue is also open every day after the evening event.

Unfortunately, our caterer cannot cater for every food intolerance on this scale. We are sorry for that.

You can therefore book breakfast, lunch and dinner separately. If you have intolerances and/or allergies, you can probably still choose which foods are suitable for you at the breakfast and evening buffet.

If this is also too unsafe for you, you can also cater for yourself the whole time.

Overnight stay

Campsite 1 person, 1 night - € 9.50
ATTENTION: depending on how many nights you want to stay, book several tickets here. I.e. for the complete rally (We-Sun) 4 tickets (4 nights)
Bungalow for 4 people for 4 nights (Wednesday - Sunday) - total price € 274.00 (€ 68.50 per person for the entire time)
The bungalows are only rented out in full - for all days and for 4 people. If you stay in the bungalow with fewer people, the full price still applies. The bungalows do not have their own shower/WC, the sanitary facilities are located on the premises.
Motorhome pitch for 4 nights (Wednesday - Sunday) - full price 38 €
Motorhome pitches are only available to a limited extent. As the site is not a campsite, but only a meadow that we can use, we are unfortunately unable to provide electricity at the motorhome pitches.

If you don't want to stay at the campsite or in a bungalow, you can also book a guesthouse or hotel in the surrounding area. We have put together a few recommendations on the Information & FAQ page.
