🇩🇪 Zur EMC Rally wird es keinen Alkohol zu kaufen geben und wir bitten dich, keine alkoholischen Getränke mit aufs Gelände zu bringen. Wir wollen, dass die EMC Rally ein sicherer Ort für alle ist - auch für (ehemalige) alkoholabhängige Menschen. Bitte nehmt Rücksicht aufeinander.

🇬🇧 There will be no alcohol for sale at the EMC Rally and we ask you not to bring any alcoholic drinks onto the site. We want the EMC Rally to be a safe place for everyone - including (former) alcoholics. Please be considerate of each other.

🇩🇪 Kinder von 0-5 kannst du kostenlos mitbringen. Für Kinder von 6-14 Jahren bieten wir ein ermäßigtes Ticket zum halben Preis an.

🇬🇧 You can bring children from 0-5 free of charge. For children aged 6-14 we offer a reduced ticket at half price.

🇩🇪 Du kannst für die komplette Zeit der EMC Rally Verpflegung mit dazu buchen. Es wird jeweils zum Frühstück und Abendbrot ein Buffet geben, zu Mittag liefert uns der Caterer ein warmes Mittagessen. Du kannst wählen, ob du jeweils eine vegetarische Variante möchtest.

Leider können wir bei der Verpflegung in dieser Größenordnung nicht auf jede Allergie und/oder Unverträglichkeit Rücksicht nehmen. Das tut uns leid.

Deshalb kannst du Früshtück, Mittagessen und Abendbrot separat buchen. Wenn du Unverträglichkeiten und/oder Allergien hast, kannst du beim Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet wahrscheinlich noch am besten auswählen, welche Nahrungsmittel für dich geeignet sind.

Sollte auch das dir zu unsicher sein, kannst du dich auch selbst verpflegen.

🇬🇧 You can book catering for the entire duration of the EMC Rally. There will be a buffet for breakfast and dinner, and the caterer will provide us with a hot lunch. You can choose if you would like a vegetarian option.

Unfortunately, we cannot cater for every allergy and/or intolerance on this scale. We are sorry for that.

That's why you can book breakfast, lunch and dinner separately. If you have intolerances and/or allergies, you will probably be best able to choose which foods are suitable for you at the breakfast and evening buffet.

If this is also too unsafe for you, you can also cater for yourself.

🇩🇪 Du kannst Frühstück, Mittagessen und Abendessen per Ticket buchen. Zum Frühstück und Abendessen gibt es ein Buffet, von dem du auswählen kannst. Das Mittagesen ist jeweils warm und du kannst zwischen einer Variante mit Fleisch und einer vegetarischen Variante auswählen.

Der Grill ist jeden Tag nach der Abendveranstaltung offen.
Mittwoch Abend und Sonntag Mittag erstetzt der Grill das Essen. Bitte bring dafür etwas Bargeld mit. Wenn du nichts vom Grill möchtest, kannst du dich auch selbst verpflegen.

Achtung: Am Grill ist nur Barzahlung in Euro möglich!

🇬🇧 You can book breakfast, lunch and dinner per ticket. There is a buffet to choose from for breakfast and dinner. Lunch is always hot and you can choose between a meat and a vegetarian option.

The barbecue is open every day after the evening event, but on Wednesday evening and Sunday lunchtime the barbecue replaces the meal. Please bring some cash for this. If you don't want anything from the barbecue, you can also bring your own food.

Attention: Only cash payment in Euro is possible at the barbecue!

🇩🇪 Du kannst dir vor Ort an unserem Imbiss Snacks und Getränke (Wasser, Limonade etc.) kaufen.

Für Kaffee und Tee bieten wir dir eine Flatrate an. Du kannst sie für 10€ bei deiner Ankunft im InfoPoint kaufen. Du bekommst dann ein farbig markiertes Bändchen, mit dem du dir über die ganze Zeit der EMC Rally kostenlos Kaffee besorgen kannst.

Achtung: Vor Ort ist nur Barzahlung in Euro möglich!

🇬🇧 You can buy snacks and drinks (water, lemonade etc.) on site at our snack bar.

We offer a flat rate for coffee and tea. You can buy them for €10 when you arrive at the InfoPoint. You will then receive a color-coded ribbon with which you can get free coffee for the entire duration of the EMC Rally.

Attention: Only cash payment in Euro is possible on site!

Plane bitte etwas Bargeld für den Grill, den Kiosk und die Kaffee-Flatrate ein.

Tickets für die Rally, die Mahlzeiten und die Übernachtung auf dem Gelände kannst du nur im Vorhinein online auf https://www.cvents.eu/ kaufen.

Tickets for the rally, meals and overnight stay on the site can only be purchased in advance online at https://www.cvents.eu/.

🇩🇪 Da auf dem Gelände der EMC Rally vorher ein Camp stattfindet und wir bis Mittwoch mit dem Aufbau beschäftigt sein werden, ist es leider nicht möglich, vor Mittwoch Nachmittag auf dem EMC Rally Gelände anzureisen.

Aber die Region hat viel zu bieten und du kannst gern vor der Rally ein paar schöne Tage im Erzgebirge verbringen.

Auf https://www.erzgebirge-tourismus.de/ps-touren/motorradtouren findest du ein paar Touren-Tipps inkl. Sehenswürdgkeiten. Egal ob du kurvenreiche Straßen, schöne Landschaften, alte Bergbautraditionen oder Orte entdecken möchtest, die Motorradgeschichte geschrieben haben - hier bist du genau richtig!

Achtung liebe Skandinavier! Bitte bucht eine Unterkunft auf einem Zeltplatz oder in einem Hotel, denn wildcampen ist in Deutschland leider verboten. 

🇬🇧 As there will be a camp on the EMC Rally site beforehand and we will be busy setting up until Wednesday, it is unfortunately not possible to arrive at the EMC Rally site before Wednesday afternoon.

But the region has a lot to offer and you are welcome to spend a few nice days in the Erzgebirge before the rally.

Attention dear Scandinavians! Please book accommodation on a campsite or in a hotel, as wild camping is unfortunately prohibited in Germany.

🇩🇪 Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall, eine Fahrt über die Grenze zu wagen. Im Grenzland zwischen Sachsen und Tschechien führen viele kleine Straßen vom Vogtland über den Erzgebirgskamm bis in die sächsische Schweiz. In den Gaststätten findet ihr oft gutes traditionelles Essen und die Preise für Essen, Übernachtung und Benzin sind im Durchschnitt ein bisschen niedriger als in Deutschland.

Achtung: In Tschechien ist man auch als Motorradfahrer verpflichtet, ein Verbandspäckchen (1. Hilfe Set) mitzuführen. 

... und auch in Tschechien ist Wildcampen verboten 😉

🇬🇧 It is definitely worth taking a trip across the border. In the border region between Saxony and the Czech Republic, many small roads lead from Vogtland over the Ore Mountains to Saxon Switzerland. You will often find good traditional food in the restaurants and the prices for food, accommodation and fuel are on average a little lower than in Germany.

Please note: In the Czech Republic, motorcyclists are also obliged to carry a first aid kit.

... and wild camping is also prohibited in the Czech Republic 😉
