Most people have the misconception that everyone is denied the first time you apply. This isn't always the case and an approval or denial can depend on many different elements. 

• Our office will have a consult with you by phone to help you determine if filing an application is right for you.

• Determine what title your claim will fall under. Typically this will either be SSDI or SSI.

• We will instruct you on the information needed to file your claim

• Once you have the necessary information need to file the application, our office will file the application for you 

• It typically takes 3-6 months for a decision at this level

• If your claim is denied, a request for reconsideration will need to be filed to continue your claim
