We'll talk about what a zine can be, and look at examples that span many topics and styles. 

Each participant shall create their own one-page zine, and learn how to fold a single piece of paper into a six-page booklet. 

We will read zine excerpts and discuss the difference between a zine and glossy magazines, and explore the history of their inclusion in queer communities, activism/protest, and social movements.
